Before you email
For the fastest help, include:
- The device model and iOS version
- What happened and what you expected
- A screenshot if it helps explain the issue
- For purchase issues, the product you were trying to restore or unlock
Common questions
Restoring purchases
Open Roadie, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID that made the original purchase.
Locked worlds or cars
Some worlds, level packs, and garage cars are optional one-time purchases. If something you bought still looks locked, restore purchases first.
Progress and stars
Roadie saves progress on your device. If the app is deleted or device storage is cleared, local progress may be removed.
Sound effects
Open Settings in Roadie to turn sound effects on or off.
